Jeremiah Selby was a potato farmer in Minnesota from 1849–1856. His farm is now the site of the St. Paul Cathedral. Selby Avenue is named after him.

Everything on our menu is made from plants. There is no meat, poultry, pork, seafood, dairy, eggs or honey. Every item is suitable to a vegan diet. Produce is organically sourced when available. All ingredients are non-GMO sourced.

We prepare food with peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and wheat. While we take steps to minimize the risk of cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for people with peanut, tree nut, soy, or wheat allergies. Because of the large amount of gluten used in our kitchen, cross contamination is likely. Items without wheat as an ingredient are marked as "gs" on the menu.

On Sundays, only brunch is served from 8 am to 2 pm and then our regular menu begins at 3. Only drinks and desserts may be purchased from 2 pm to 3 pm while our kitchen transitions. At 3PM we start taking orders for food!
